On November 2, 2016, the fifth batch of Egyptian reserve cadres of China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone completed their official training in China. This marks the first internal training of TEDA Academy since its establishment.
In the 14-day training on reserve cadres in China, 10 senior internal lecturers of TEDA Academy led by senior and medium management of the company, taught them in English in a systemic manner, including 18 courses of TEDA Overseas Mode with professional knowledge system from 8 departments. After the training, the reserve cadres expressed that the systemic training of TEDA Overseas Mode enabled them to have an overall and systemic understanding of company philosophy, culture, strategies and operation management and improve their loyalty and mission.
In fact, as early as the beginning of October, China-Africa TEDA was invited by China International Contractors Association to undertake a three-day external training program-the first debut of TEDA Academy to the outside. The training includes 11 courses of TEDA Overseas Mode such as HR Management System, Information Management System and Marketing Investment Attraction, which will meet the training purposes and demands. This training has been highly praised by the participating enterprises.
So far, “TEDA Academy” has successfully completed the first internal and external training since its establishment. The Person in Charge of TEDA Academy expressed that, TEDA Academy has focused on internal training before the end of this year, but will gradually expand the influence and scope of external training after 2017.
